Albus is a fine-art portrait series created by Sanele Xaba and photographer Justin Dingwall. The work explores albinism, perception, beauty, metamorphosis and renewal through a carefully controlled visual language.

In the series, Sanele appears in imagery that uses texture, veils, and coloured light to signal transformation and rebirth. The photographs move beyond fashion or documentation; they treat the body as a site of cultural meaning and reframe how albinism is seen. Albus has become one of the most distinctive and artistically serious parts of Sanele's public portfolio.
