Who is responsible

Sanele Xaba, based in the Netherlands, is responsible for personal information handled through sanelexaba.com. For privacy questions or requests, email bookings@sanelexaba.com.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type, project details and agreement to use that information to reply. Your message may include dates, location, intended usage and budget. These fields are required to submit the form; direct email is also available. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.

Why it is used

Your information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss availability or a proposed project, and manage related correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Personal information is not sold.

The form uses your consent to handle and reply to the enquiry. You can withdraw that consent by email. Where you request steps towards a booking or contract, related processing may also be necessary for those steps or for the resulting contract. Records required by law are handled on that legal basis.

Hosting, form handling and sharing

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes and stores form submissions. Hosting and form services may handle technical information such as IP addresses, request details and submission timestamps to deliver the service and prevent abuse. Enquiry details may be shared with the relevant team member or representative where needed to respond to your request. Email correspondence is also handled through the email services used by the people you contact.

Netlify and its service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement explains its processing terms and transfer safeguards. Information about its service providers is available in the Netlify Trust Center.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond, complete any related project discussions and meet applicable legal obligations or address relevant claims. Retention depends on the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion schedule or a fixed retention period. You can ask about or request deletion of your enquiry records.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your information. You can object where processing relies on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made through the enquiry form.

Send requests to bookings@sanelexaba.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; if the GDPR permits extra time, you will be told why. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority.

Website preferences and external links

The website stores your chosen colour theme in your browser’s local storage. Its current code contains no analytics or advertising trackers. Links to social platforms, agencies and publications lead to services with their own privacy policies.
